The County of Greene, Virginia, invites written proposals from qualified firms to provide ongoing maintenance and repair of County facilities, as well as small scale improvement projects, not to exceed $100,000 per project. The successful firm(s) shall have the capability to provide all of the specified equipment, machinery and labor if necessary for the completion of the project, to perform work as directed by Greene County for all facilities as needed. Services needed include; Carpentry, painting, interiors, electrical, mechanical/HVAC and plumbing services.
